Teachers' motives shapes their achievements for a time since they design the journey in pursuing their calling.
Their habits are quite unique at every level of performance and commitment hence productivity.
Jane and Ruth were both teachers of Shine primary school, holding the same qualifications and teaching P.5 class.
Tr. Jane her motive was to excel through his performance, this induced her to strategize better to achieve the mission.
Additionally, Tr. Jane could regard learners' failure as his failure as this could reduce her relevancy in the community.
Tiresomely she served and her relationship with learners was extremely noticeable, self driven and patient to have quality performance.
However, Tr. Ruth could suspect either was highly paid or was working for showbiz.
Provoking statements were her talks" with that salary , I can't do beyond "
During evaluation meetings, Tr. Jane could show progress in different aspects but Tr. Ruth could accuse her as not being informed to be exploited for such little money.
Despite of all conditions, Tr . Jane kept the pace of doing all the work willingly from which she built trust
Tr. Jane's future blossomed since her motive was not to earn first but to make herself excellent through performance.
Through her hard work which was unconditional, she found herself performing consistently and announcing her the best was satisfaction.
This led to opening of more gates for opportunities thus earning and as well increasing her salary without explanations.
Messages of appreciation from parents and learners could make her feel valued in the community.
This outcompeted Ruth's understanding because her level of performance wasn't measurable.
Although Jane's future was brighter, Ruth's was dim. This forced her to change the school complaining about not understanding her at all forgetting that her competence wasn't evident .
In conclusion, her competence wasn't enough unless she builds trust.
